We decided to visit this store in Taunton when we were looking for some new mattresses and also a bedframe with headboard, we loved the friendly atmosphere as soon as we arrived! We were asked straight away if we needed any help and we met a man called Cliff who was extremely helpful, we also met a lady called Steph who is lovely and is at hand to help with any questions you may have! We found exactly what we were looking for and the prices were very reasonable! The whole experience from the buying to the delivery side of things was brilliant all round and we would definitely recommend people to visit this store!

As an operator of HMOs in Taunton, I can't recommend the service that Steph and the team give enough. We regularly need to change mattresses in between tenant changeovers. Steph understands that we have a very tight window to operate in. She works with my team members and they take away and dispose of the old unwanted mattress. Great service!

Went in to get a new bed. Really pleased with the time taken with us, to go through all the options. Amazing how different beds can be. We ordered a lovely otterman bed and a shire mattress. The 2 guys who delivered it, did a great job and were very polite and professional. We have been sleeping in the bed now for a week and loving waking up without an aching back and the extra storage!! Great service all round.

Really friendly atmosphere, very helpful when finding a bed on a budget. Also informative on the types of beds available and what was suitable for my preferences. Highly recommend as an independent, couldn’t ask for better service. The bed is also very comfy!

Don't waste your time going to the other stores. All About Beds was our first stop for mattress hunting. Cliff was amazing and was listening what our needs are and quickly showed us few options. Then we really liked one of the option, but decided to go to the other stores, to check what they can offer. As mentioned on the beginning don't waste your time going somewhere else. You not gonna find better customer service than Cliff who went all and above and it was not a "pushy" service. We didn't feel pressure at all. Now waiting for our mattress, but I'm sure we won't be disappointed. If you need mattress or frame All About Beds is your place!
